The essentials: multi-company management, an establishment register, risk assessment per workstation, health surveillance, training, PPE, accident records, deadline alerts and Annex D preparation. Salvus includes these modules; full per-establishment reporting aggregation is still being expanded and is qualified during onboarding.

There's nothing to install. Salvus runs in the cloud and works in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, including in the field, during site visits and audits. Data is hosted in the European Union, in line with GDPR.

You lose the ability to create new records — new client companies, exams, risk assessments and so on. You keep full access to view, edit and delete everything you've already entered, with no data loss. Choose a paid plan at any time to resume creating records.

The prices shown exclude VAT, which is applied at the legal rate in force.

With annual billing you pay the equivalent of ten months and get twelve, that is, two months included compared to monthly billing.

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time and the difference is adjusted on the next invoice.

The Service plan costs €138/month and includes up to 5 technicians, unlimited client companies, a client portal, own branding and Annex D preparation at scale by NIF. From the 6th technician onwards, each additional technician is €25/month. The Technician plan is single-user and includes up to 15 client companies.

Billing is by plan, never by client company. The Technician plan includes 1 user and up to 15 client companies; the Service plan includes up to 5 technicians and unlimited client companies. From the 6th technician onwards, each additional technician is €25/month.

You can import data already recorded elsewhere or in spreadsheets — exams, training, PPE and accidents since January — and use Salvus to prepare the report. For companies with several establishments, setup and validation are guided by our team while full per-establishment aggregation is being expanded.

Salvus generates XML in the official Relatório Único structure for the currently supported local-unit workflow, with preview and validation before export. Submission and technical responsibility remain yours. For several establishments, confirm the scope with us during onboarding.
