1. Purpose
Salvus provides an Occupational Health & Safety management platform on a subscription basis (SaaS), aimed at external services, independent technicians and internal Occupational Health & Safety departments.
2. Account and access
The customer is responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account. They must notify Salvus immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscription and payment
The service is billed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. Unless stated otherwise, renewals are automatic and amounts exclude applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable use
The customer agrees to use the platform in accordance with the law and not to use it for unlawful purposes, to upload content that infringes third-party rights, or to compromise the security of the service.
5. Customer data
Data entered into the platform belongs to the customer. Salvus acts as a processor of personal data under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and support
Salvus strives to keep the service available and to restore it promptly in the event of an incident, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Salvus's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Submitting legal obligations on official platforms is the customer's responsibility.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription under the terms of the contracted plan. After termination, the customer may export their data during the retention period set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the terms
Salvus may update these terms. Material changes are communicated with reasonable notice, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the district of Salvus's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
